New User Instructions

Online Image Viewing

- If your practice has not previously enabled online image viewing with SRC, contact your information technology manager, specifically the individual who manages your network firewall, and request that TCP ports 443 and 7575 be opened to enable your network to accept images from SRC. If you would like SRC to discuss the technical details of firewall access with your network manager, please contact Jerry Schrock at 503.399.1262
- If you are accessing the image management software from a computer that has not previously accessed the system, the image management server will automatically download the image viewing software. SRC does not recommend installing the viewing software over a high-speed internet connection. SRC would prefer to call and schedule an appointment with your office to install, configure the software for optimal performance and provide initial training. SRC will contact your office after receiving your user access agreement.
