Chief Financial Officer (FT)

The Chief Financial Officer directs the financial and other departmental activities in accordance with defined SRC policies and objectives. Responsibilities include management of all financial departments, allocation of resources, and preparation of the annual budget. Functions at an executive level in an active leadership role. The Chief Financial Officer is responsible to the Hospital CEO, and maintains relationships with the senior leadership team and Board of Directors.

Patient Intake Specialist (FT)

This position involves greeting customers, easing normal patient anxiety associated with medical appointments, providing information, obtaining patient demographic and insurance information from patients, accurately entering information into the information system, communicating with departments and scheduling appointments as necessary. Additional duties will also include processing and organizing incoming medical information.  This position requires an individual with a positive outlook, outstanding dedication to customer service, good listening skills, attention to detail and the ability to work well within a team environment.  The preferred candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish and have a minimum of two years of experience working in the medical setting. There are two positions available with one being Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 6:30pm, and the other Tuesday to Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Both shifts have the opportunity to move to a more traditional daytime shift later as determined by SRC administration.

Helpdesk Analyst

Network Administration, Server Reboots, User setup, restarting services, Software installation, and hardware setup.  Needs knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Software deployment, log monitoring, AWS cloud, Application support, Office 365 products, MS Exchange/Outlook, Phone setup, fax systems.  Needs to be willing to learn.     • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware.

Database Analyst

MS SQL DBA – must be comfortable with SSIS, Database Backup, stored queries, automation of processes, report generation, python data analytics (Seaborn, Plotly)

  • Implements, administers, and maintains system databases including patching.
  • Performs data backups and restorations, index and execution plan modifications, data views, transaction log analyses, and archival processes and validates them by disaster recovery testing.

Security Analyst

CISSP, familiar with compliance requirements, Cisco,  Switching and Routing

  • Administer testing/security controls based on software/hardware requirements, technical specifications and/or change control requests
  • Enhance the security of existing technologies including network, malware, firewalling, IDS/IPS and research to identify new technologies to ensure optimal system security
  • Provide advice to business units on security design and planning of clinic wide networks, technology infrastructure, middleware, platforms
  • Assist in the development, review and maintenance of clear and easily understood application and process documentation consistent with department standards
  • Coordinate and ensure successful implementation and support of applications, network and infrastructure systems; proactively identify and troubleshoot performance issues and functionality gaps

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in systems engineering or IT security incident management/troubleshooting, including experience with Next Generation Firewalls
  • Strong knowledge of various security technologies (such as VPN's, IDS/IPS, authentication protocols, security event incident monitoring, and content security gateways (web/mail security gateways)
  • Strong knowledge of network technologies and connection service providers (including dynamic/static routing, switching, WLAN)
  • Strong knowledge of interoperability of various networking components and security components
  • Ability to problem solve effectively, with strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously to manage time effectively and prioritize work appropriately to meet deadlines

Physician Assistant (PA, PA-C)

Salem Radiology Consultants is recruiting for a Physician Assistant to join our growing practice and be a part of a talented team of physician assistants who perform a wide variety of interventional radiology procedures. Position will see a mix of inpatient and outpatient cases with a work structure that is predominantly procedure based with occasional support for outpatient clinic activities. Practice Description

Salem Radiology Consultants, more commonly known in the local community as SRC, was established in 1973.  Salem Radiology Consultants is solely owned by a group of radiologist physicians who operate an outpatient imaging facility in Salem, Oregon as well as contract with other organizations to provide radiology professional and management services.  SRC is proud to provide expert radiologist services to our business partners, Salem Hospital, Salem Clinic, West Valley Hospital, and a large multispecialty clinic located in Portland.

Salem Radiology Consultants is the largest radiology group in the region and offers a depth of specialization that is more characteristic of radiology departments at major academic medical centers than in the private practice setting.

Duties & Responsibilities

The PA will have duties and responsibilities centered around the coordination and performance of interventional radiology procedures which will include a mix of inpatient and outpatient cases as well dedicated time consulting with patients in the outpatient clinic setting.  The preferred applicant will have an excellent bedside manner and demonstrate a desire and aptitude to perform interventional procedures.

Experience & Qualifications

Salem Radiology Consultants is willing to provide training in interventional radiology procedures to new and recent highly qualified graduates.

Salary Range & Benefits

Competitive salary and benefits based on experience and training in the range of $110,000 - $160,000 based on experience and ability to perform the full scope of image guided procedures using both ultrasound and fluoroscopic image guidance.
