MyChart allows you to view health records, lab results, and communicate with your care team. Any information you enter in MyChart is subject to Epic's privacy policy and the privacy practices of the health system through which your account is managed.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"sp-card\">\n        <p class=\"sp-card-title\">Imagine Billing Portal<\/p>\n        <p class=\"sp-card-body\">A billing and payment portal operated by Imagine Software. This portal allows you to view and pay invoices related to radiology services. Any information you enter, including payment details, is subject to Imagine's privacy policy and applicable payment processing terms.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"sp-notice\">\n      <span class=\"sp-notice-icon\">\u2139<\/span>\n      <span><strong>Important:<\/strong> Once you click through to either of these portals, you are leaving the SRC website. SRC does not control, operate, or have access to information collected by these platforms. This section describes our SMS program, your rights, and how to manage your preferences.<\/p>\n\n    <h3 class=\"sp-h3\">Types of messages we send<\/h3>\n    <p class=\"sp-p\">We may send SMS messages through the following platforms and for the following purposes:<\/p>\n    <div class=\"sp-card-grid\">\n      <div class=\"sp-card\">\n        <p class=\"sp-card-title\">Epic MyChart<\/p>\n        <p class=\"sp-card-body\">Appointment reminders, scheduling notifications, and patient portal alerts sent via the Epic MyChart system on behalf of your care team.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"sp-card\">\n        <p class=\"sp-card-title\">Televox<\/p>\n        <p class=\"sp-card-body\">Appointment reminders, billing notifications, and patient outreach communications sent via the Televox patient engagement platform.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"sp-card\">\n        <p class=\"sp-card-title\">General communications<\/p>\n        <p class=\"sp-card-body\">Other operational or informational messages we may send from time to time, including service updates, office closures, or other notices relevant to your care or account.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <h3 class=\"sp-h3\">Consent and opt-in<\/h3>\n    <p class=\"sp-p\">We only send SMS messages to individuals who have provided their mobile phone number and consented to receive text communications from SRC, either through a patient intake process, your MyChart account settings, or another documented opt-in method. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of receiving medical services.<\/p>\n\n    <h3 class=\"sp-h3\">Message frequency<\/h3>\n    <p class=\"sp-p\">Message frequency varies depending on your appointments, account activity, and the type of communications you have opted into. You may receive multiple messages per month. We will not send unsolicited marketing messages.<\/p>\n\n    <h3 class=\"sp-h3\">Opt-out instructions<\/h3>\n    <p class=\"sp-p\">You may opt out of SMS communications from SRC at any time by replying <span class=\"sp-kw\">STOP<\/span> to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent, except where required by law.
