A patient portal operated by Epic Systems Corporation. MyChart allows you to view health records, lab results, and communicate with your care team. Any information you enter in MyChart is subject to Epic's privacy policy and the privacy practices of the health system through which your account is managed.
Imagine Billing Portal
A billing and payment portal operated by Imagine Software. This portal allows you to view and pay invoices related to radiology services. Any information you enter, including payment details, is subject to Imagine's privacy policy and applicable payment processing terms.
Salem Radiology Consultants, P.C. may send SMS text messages to patients and individuals who have provided their mobile phone number and consented to receive text communications from us. This section describes our SMS program, your rights, and how to manage your preferences.
We may send SMS messages through the following platforms and for the following purposes:
Epic MyChart
Appointment reminders, scheduling notifications, and patient portal alerts sent via the Epic MyChart system on behalf of your care team.
Televox
Appointment reminders, billing notifications, and patient outreach communications sent via the Televox patient engagement platform.
General communications
Other operational or informational messages we may send from time to time, including service updates, office closures, or other notices relevant to your care or account.
We only send SMS messages to individuals who have provided their mobile phone number and consented to receive text communications from SRC, either through a patient intake process, your MyChart account settings, or another documented opt-in method. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of receiving medical services.
Message frequency varies depending on your appointments, account activity, and the type of communications you have opted into. You may receive multiple messages per month. We will not send unsolicited marketing messages.
You may opt out of SMS communications from SRC at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent, except where required by law. To re-enroll, contact our office directly.
For assistance with our SMS program, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, or contact our office directly using the information in Section 13 below.
Message and data rates may apply. SRC is not responsible for any charges assessed by your mobile carrier in connection with SMS messages. Check your mobile plan for details.
We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in status to third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your opt-in information is used solely to deliver the communications described above.
If you are a patient of SRC or a healthcare facility that partners with SRC, your medical information is protected under HIPAA and governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices, which is separate from this policy.
